Bundle Extractors

AJAKS equipment fleet allows us to perform services such as extraction and insertion of heat exchanger bundles using hydraulic extractors. The extractors we own guarantee extraction of bundles without contact with tubes which reduces the risk of damage to the bundle and  improves workplace safety. We also possess equipment that allows extraction of bundles exceptionally large and heavy, as well as those installed in locations with restricted access.

In addition to extraction of heat exchanger bundles using hydraulic extractors, we offer also services with remotely controlled Combi Lifter that can be used either as an integral part of the extractor or as a separate lifting device. This solution ensures safe transport of heat exchanger bundles providing significant savings in time and labo rat the same time.
