Paper and pulp mills

AJAKS S.A. has been providing specialised industrial services to paper and pulp mills for many years. Our offer includes:

• Comprehensive installation overhauls during Shutdowns, as well as day-to-day maintenance,
• Industrial cleaning using vacuum loaders of tanks, sodium boilers, settling tanks, sewer channels, production lines, paper machines, refilters, unloading materials from semi-chemical pulp towers, and other process equipment
• High-pressure water cleaning of paper machines, superheaters, heat exchangers, pipelines (including assessment of clogging levels), rotary air preheaters, electrostatic precipitators, condensers, flame tubes, tanks, mixers, boilers, coolers, drums, filters, circulators, and other technological equipment
• Mechanical and installation work related to equipment repairs: disassembly and assembly of heat exchangers, tanks, columns, reactors, pipelines, and other devices; welding and fitting works; repairs; pressure testing; and preparation of equipment for UDT inspections
