Chemical plants

AJAKS has many years of experience in complex repairs of installations during shutdowns and as a part of routine maintenance works on chemical plants, where we provide such services as:

• Catalyst replacement in reactors, including unloading of used catalyst with vacuum units, screening of catalyst into fractions, loading of new catalyst by dense loading or sock lading method, catalyst replacement in tubular reactors, works in nitrogen atmosphere;
• Mechanical and assembly works related to repairs of production equipment, dismantling and mounting of heat exchanger bundles, vessels, columns, reactors, pipelines and other equipment, welding works, pressure tests, preparation of equipment for technical inspection;
• High pressure water cleaning of pipelines, heat exchanger bundles, filters, vessels, columns, reactors, escalators, vaporizers, capacitors, air coolers and other production equipment,
• Decoking of furnaces and pipelines by pigging method,
• Unloading and loading of materials (also dangerous) with vacuum units, vacuum cleaning of flat surfaces, industrial cleaning of vessels, reactors, silos etc.
