Mechanical service

AJAKS Mechanical Service Department located at Orlen Plock Refinery is a team of professionals with many years of industry experience gained during the execution of mechanical and assembly works both in Poland and abroad. Among the mechanical works we offer are: disassembly and assembly of equipment, dismounting and mounting of heat exchangers, all types of fitting and mechanical-assembly works, repair of equipment and pipelines, welding and fitting works, execution of pressure tests. Additionally we offer also extraction of heat exchanger bundles with our own hydraulic extractors.

Our Mechanical Service Department consists of a qualified staff holding all necessary certifications, including chemical rescue specialists authorized to work in hazardous atmospheres and certified bundle extractor operators. All personnel performing the mechanical and assembly works undergo internal and external training programs aimed at continuous improvement of their qualifications in order to guarantee highest quality of services and safe execution of works.
