- Complex repairs of installations during shutdowns and turnarounds, and as part of routine maintenance works;
- Ultrasonic industrial cleaning of heat exchanger bundles, valves, filters, oil and air coolers, etc, as a technology supporting other industrial cleaning methods;
- Catalyst replacement in reactors, including unloading of used catalyst with vacuum units, screening of catalyst into fractions, loading of new catalyst by dense loading or sock loading method, catalyst replacement in tubular reactors, works in nitrogen atmosphere;
- Mechanical and assembly works related to repairs of refinery equipment, dismantling and mounting of heat exchanger bundles, vessels, columns, reactors, pipelines and other equipment, welding works, pressure tests, preparation of equipment for technical inspection;
- Dismantling and mounting of heat exchanger bundles using hydraulic extractors, dismantling of extremely heavy heat exchangers, transportation of heat exchanger bundles with remotely controlled lifter;
- Cutting of gaskets with high pressure waterjet cutter adjusted to cutting of single large-size elements and series of small ones – all optimally placed on sheets from different types of materials, purchase, transportation and storage, emergency orders performed within several hours and availability 24/7 during shutdowns;
- Decoking of refinery furnaces with pigging technology, one-directional pigging, gas pigging, cleaning of industrial pipelines;
- Inspection of the furnace’s technical conditions with intelligent pigging;
- Industrial cleaning of vessels, columns, reactors using vacuum loaders, vacuum unloading and loading of materials, works in toxic and explosive atmosphere, unloading and loading conducted in confined spaces;
- Heavy duty industrial cleaning of refinery equipment and installations with hydrodynamic technology, cleaning of equipment with high and ultra-high pressure water method (e.g. turbo jetting), cleaning of heat exchanger bundles, vessels, columns, reactors, air coolers, pipelines and other elements.
